1 can of Jommi Pork Luncheon, diced
1 Japanese chard, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 carrot, pre-cooked and chopped
200g of snow peas, pre-cooked and chopped
1 cup of pineapple, diced
1 package of thin rice noodles
½ cup of soy sauce
1 cup of lemon juice
Chives to taste
1 lemon cut into wedges for garnish

Summary: Boil rice noodles to pack instructions. Grill Jommi Pork Luncheon until golden brown and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Add peas, carrots, Japanese chard, bell pepper, and pineapple; sauté for 5 minutes. Combine the grilled Jommi Pork Luncheon, soy sauce, lemon juice and cooked rice noodles. Mix and serve with slices of lemon and chopped chives on top.
