Filipino Rice Noodles with Jommi Pork Luncheon

ingredients

1 can of Jommi Pork Luncheon, diced
1 Japanese chard, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 carrot, pre-cooked and chopped
200g of snow peas, pre-cooked and chopped

1 cup of pineapple, diced

1 package of thin rice noodles
½ cup of soy sauce
1 cup of lemon juice

Chives to taste
1 lemon cut into wedges for garnish

how to prepare

  1. Chop garnishes and set aside
  2. Boil the rice noodles, drain
  3. While the rice noodles are boiling, heat the oil in a large skillet
  4. Once oil is hot, add Diced Jommi Pork Luncheon until golden brown and set aside
  5. Sauté the onion for 2 minutes
  6. Add the snow peas, carrots, Japanese chard, red bell pepper and pineapple, sauté for 5 minutes
  7. Combine the Jommi Pork Luncheon, soy sauce, lemon juice and the rice noodles to the mix
  8. Mix and serve with the garnishes
