Stuffed Breaded Onions with Jommi Corned Beef Chunky

ingredients

2 cans of Jommi Corned Beef Chunky
3 Onion Rings, cut into 3cm thick slices
Mozzarella cheese, 1 ½ cups
2 eggs, beaten
Panko Flour, 2 cups
Salt and Korean Pepper Powder to taste
Chives to taste

how to prepare

  1. In a container pour the Jommi Corned Beef Chunky and mix the Korean Pepper to taste.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture to the center of an onion ring and spread it out, pressing smoothly.
  3. Add a small portion of mozzarella cheese and cover with more Jommi Corned Beef Chunky, until the entire onion ring is filled.
  4. Repeat the process until all onions are stuffed.
  5. Dip the stuffed onion in the beaten eggs and then on the panko flour.
  6. Fry the breaded stuffed onions for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle chives on top and serve immediately.
